We Are Pet-Friendly
The Pines is a pet-friendly community. We offer two large ½ acre grassy areas at the entrance to our property for dog-running. Also, pet owners can exercise with their pets while walking through Glen Pointe, and not having to cross any streets or worry about congested traffic.

All pets are screened and accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Currently, our pet costs/ deposit is as follows:

$250.00 pet fee (non-refundable)

The Pines enforces a "clean-up after your pet" policy.
